2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

3. Orders and contract
Product listings on our store are an invitation to place an order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for your convenience. Payment is taken at the time of your order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping policy and may vary depending on your location and the carrier. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are your responsibility.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. How to do this, and any exceptions, are described in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable EU and Lithuanian law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as required by law.

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check product details, including compatibility with your vehicle, before ordering.

9. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for damage caused by incorrect installation or use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the VellaDrive logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

11. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at velladrive.shop@gmail.com, and we will try to resolve it. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or the consumer authority in their country of residence.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
